Braided Copper Flexibles
 
These are manufactured from high conductivity ETP grade Copper wire of Diameter 0.07 mm to 0.30 mm in the finish of Bare (Red), Tinned and Silvered. The contact areas are Cold formed with a solder less seamless tubular lugs around braided strips. Connection at palm is Bare (Red) Silver plated or Tin plated.
 
These meet the most rigorous production demands as they compensate for vibration, expansion and/or contraction. They are available in a variety of designs and are customized for job – specific applications.

Bare (Red) Braided Flexible

The Bare Copper gives the flexible a Bronzed look. Our Braided Copper Flexibles are manufactured from high conductivity ETP grade Copper wire of Dia 0.07 mm to 0.30 mm in the finish of Bare (Red).

While transmitting electrical power, a connector providing quintessential electrical value is required for minimizing voltage loss. We provide these attributes in our customized connection. These are available in a variety of designs and are customized for job specific applications.
 
 
Silver Plated

We offer our clients with Braided copper flexible connections using high quality braiding composed of copper wire strands.

The Silver plating on the Copper flexibles increases its conductivity. These wire strands are woven into concentric sleeves further flattened to make rectangular strips or round rope shape wire.

The braidings are crimped at both the ends into a copper ferrule plated by either Tin or Silver.

Tin Plated

We offer our clients with Tin plated braided copper flexibles at highly economical prices. The Tin coating of Copper Wire gives it excellent Anti-Corrosion and Soldering properties.

Insulated Flexible Links

We can provide our clients with Insulation on the flexibles based on their specific requirement. These are provided in the form of Cotton Covering, PVC Sleeves in case of Braided Flexibles.
